On January 12, 2013 my association with ViSalus ended. At that time I was a 1-Star Ambassador. The video I made during that time is below for those of you who might be interested.
I did not address everything on my mind in that video because, at the time, I was still processing details and wanted to verify my concerns. The main thing I did not address was the health issues that seem to be developing in people who use the ViSalus Body by Vi products for an extended period of time. I’ve talked to many people who report similar problems; blurred vision, migraine headaches, severe stomach stabbing pains and hormone problems in women. My family members suffered from some of these issues but all of the health problems suffered by my family resolved themselves after we quit drinking the Vi-Shape Body by Vi shakes by ViSalus; others have reported the exact same thing. I am certainly not a doctor but it seems obvious to me that there is a problem here.
I addressed my concerns about the health issues caused by Body by Vi products in many emails to ViSalus Compliance. My primary approach was to try to get an audience with someone who would listen to me. I felt that, even after they shut down my account, I had a chance of getting them to listen to me because I am in possession of evidence of illegal activities that ViSalus would not want to become public knowledge. While I am not in the habit of using evidence in this way, I felt that it was warranted if I could help to correct several wrongs that I’ve seen during my association with ViSalus … inferior products, illegal activities and the practice of closing people’s accounts without due cause.
Since ViSalus shut me out of my account I have tried several times to speak to someone in compliance. Each time I was told that COMPLIANCE is an interior department and that they don’t accept incoming calls. In the three months since they locked me out I’ve yet to hear from anyone concerning my account yet I still receive notifications of Ambassador calls, etc. so I am apparently still in the system.
I was charged for my my annual fee with ViSalus t first week of March 2013. I called ViSalus Corporate and inquired about the status of my account was and also asked why they charged me for an account I can’t access. I was told that my account was still under investigation and that I’d hear from someone the next day.
The following day did not bring any contact from the corporate lawyers (I wasn’t surprised) but it did bring news. I discovered that, at the end of February 2013, ViSalus completely amputated and chopped up my team in order to move one of my legs (teams) under a brand new promoter. I suspect they did this in an effort to break a rank because a large number of ranks are falsely created for stories (volume is put under them but the volume isn’t sustainable). In essence my ViSalus upline killed my entire structure, which indicates that they had no intention of getting back with me and my account had never been under investigaion. ViSalus shut me down, took ownership of my team and chopped it up as they saw fit. I was not given a voice …. I was guilty until proven guilty … there is no innocence in their book.
ViSalus has lied to me and others over and over again, they turn blind eyes to illegal activities, they close the accounts of innocent people (I’m not referring to myself but to others who have reach out to me), they refuse to discuss the fact that their products may be causing people to get sick and they act as if they are above the law.

So that is my story. I have had my eyes opened and I am much wiser. Even though it has ended terribly I am grateful for my association because of the lessons it has taught me and the wonderful people I have met along the way.
